By accessing or using SPARKLABS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, instructors, and partners.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if under 13.
One person may not maintain more than one account. Accounts are non-transferable.
All enrollments are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full before access to course materials is granted. We accept payments through Paystack, which supports card transfers, bank transfers, and other payment methods.
You receive a 7-day refund window from the date of enrollment. Refund requests made within this period will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Upon successful enrollment, you receive access to course materials for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Access is personal and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

All course materials, software, designs, and content on SPARKLABS are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Students retain ownership of projects they create during courses. By submitting projects, you grant SPARKLABS a non-exclusive license to showcase your work for educational and marketing purposes.
SPARKLABS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPARKLABS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
