Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. This is the "cooling-off period" to ensure the course meets your expectations.

2. Eligibility for Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• The request is made within 7 days of enrollment
• You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
• The course was cancelled by SPARKLABS
• There was a significant discrepancy between the course description and actual content

3. Partial Refund

A partial refund (50% of enrollment fee) may be issued if you have completed between 20% and 50% of the course content and request cancellation within 14 days of enrollment, provided there are extenuating circumstances.

4. No Refund

No refund will be issued if:

• The request is made more than 7 days after enrollment (except for extenuating circumstances)
• You have completed more than 50% of the course content
• The course was completed successfully
• The account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at sparklabsinstitute@gmail.com with your account email and enrollment details. We will process your request within 5-10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. Bank transfer refunds will be sent to the account used for payment.

7. Cancellation by SPARKLABS

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, full refunds will be issued to all enrolled students.

8. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
