Why Beginners Often Struggle

The problem is that React assumes you already understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Without those foundations, every lesson becomes confusing. You end up memorizing steps instead of understanding concepts.

We often tell our students that learning React before understanding JavaScript is like trying to write a novel before learning the alphabet. It is technically possible to copy words you have seen before, but you will never be able to express your own ideas.

Other common struggles include watching tutorial after tutorial without ever building anything, copying code without understanding why it works, and switching between courses every time something gets difficult. Consistency beats variety every time. The students who improve the fastest are not necessarily the most talented. They are the ones who build something every single day, even if it is small.
